The Basics
By using Happydemy, you agree to be part of a community that values privacy, respect, and fair treatment. We provide tools; you create value. Together, we build something better.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Choose a strong password and keep it safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. For users under 18, parental consent may be required for certain features.
2. Community Guidelines
Happydemy is built on mutual respect. We expect all users to:

- Harass or bully others
- Share illegal content
- Spam or mislead
- Violate intellectual property
3. Your Content
You own what you create. When you share content on Happydemy:
- You retain full ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to display and distribute it within our platform
- You can remove your content at any time, and we will delete it
- We never use your content for AI training without explicit consent
4. Payments & Earnings
Our economic model is built on fairness:
Creator Earnings
Creators receive the majority share of all transactions. Payouts are processed monthly for earnings above minimum threshold.
HappyCoins
Our internal currency can be earned through participation and exchanged according to our published rates.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we will always explain why and give you a chance to appeal unless the violation is severe.
