Your Rights as a Creator
When you create and share content on Happydemy, you retain full ownership of your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant Happydemy a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating our services. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
You always retain:
- Full copyright ownership of your original work
- The right to license your content elsewhere
- The right to monetize your content
- The right to remove your content at any time
Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Happydemy without authorization, you can submit a takedown request. We take all claims seriously and respond promptly.
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
