Process

How we hire

Our process is designed to be respectful of your time. We don't believe in marathon interview days or take-home projects that require weeks of work.

Typically: an initial conversation, a focused technical or skills discussion, and a values conversation with team members. We aim to complete the process within two weeks.

We evaluate based on skills, potential, and alignment with our mission - not pedigree or how well you perform in artificial interview settings.
